9PM - midnight  | Questlove and Dominique Ansel's Sweet Thinking: A Dessert Party | Presented by Squarespace

Expect an intimate rooftop party with extraordinary desserts by Dominique Ansel, wine pairings and an original DJ set by Questlove. This is an event not to miss!

Future Food Expo is a showcase and celebration of what’s next in food at Taste Talks Food Festival Brooklyn! As America’s hottest test kitchen, Brooklyn has become an international epicenter of the food movement. This event, the only one of its kind, showcases the future of food products, companies, media and innovators from right here in Brooklyn and around the world!

As urban populations grow and more people want local produce and products businesses, farmers and scientists are moving the cultivation of agriculture to the cities.  Join the conversation with the people who are leading the innovation in how to sustainably feed us (the city people).

 10:30 AM | Delicious Images: No Special Equipment Required

Photographer Mark Weinberg and food stylist Erin McDowell will share tips and tricks for taking great food photos with any camera. Mark and Erin have worked together making sharp, stylish food imagery for companies such as Food52, King Arthur Flour, and more. They will show some of their work, discuss their backgrounds in food and photography, and share their take on creating images that look as good as they taste. This class will also feature an interactive session with a live demonstration of how to take great food photos using only your phone.

New York City has many of the world's greatest restaurants - no question.
