The wait is over: the official schedule has finally been released for the inaugural iteration of Taste Talks Chicago, being held from October 4th-5th this year!
Curated by Blackbird and avec’s James Beard Award-winning chef, Paul Kahan, the rest of the roster essentially reads as a cherry-picked list of the Windy City’s brightest culinary stars.
In addition to overseeing Chicago’s own “Mother of Pearl” dinner hosted at Kinmont Restaurant, as well as the always exciting All-Star BBQ (expect dishes from Brooklyn curator, Danny Bowien, as well as top chefs Matty Matheson, Jason Hammel and Amanda Cohen), Kahan will join Marc Vetri, Dave Cleverton and Michel Nischan to discuss the world of farm-to-table dining on the panel, “The Evolution of The Farm Dinner in City Dining.”
