Taste Talks is pleased to announce that there's been an addition to this weekend's All-Star Cookout tasting menu!
Zahra Tangorra of Brucie and Anthony Sasso of Casa Mono will be joining the fun and collaborating on a totally unique dish, available only at the All-Star Cookout. Anthony will be pairing a North African Putanesca with Zahra's house made stracciatella cheese.
Brucie is an Italian restaurant in Cobble Hill serving seasonally-driven italian fare with a daily changing menu. They make almost everything in house including their cheeses, liquors, pastas and breads. Brucie also does whole animal butchery and teaches pasta and cheese making classes. Casa Mono is a Spanish restaurant in Manhattan serving meals that are driven by their superior ingredients.
